The Plan of Control "describes in detail a geologic hazard, its location and the area affected thereby, and a plan for the prevention, mitigation, abatement, or control thereof"
The Reserve Study is a funding plan for annual GHAD operating expenses as well as long term maintenance requirements .
Each year, the GHAD performs complete inspections of the open space hillsides around the Magee Ranch homes. Those inspections often come with recommended work to prepare the hills for winter storms. All recommended work is completed every year.
